This little hidden gem blew my mind! The tastefully decorated studio had jaw-dropping views of the nearby shipyards and Doune Church. With free wi-fi, a flat-screen TV, and super comfy bed, I felt right at home. The host, Ashley, was amazing and even provided a broom, de-icer, and car scrape when it snowed. The location was perfect for exploring nearby attractions like Banff and Portsoy. Plus, having free parking and a secure electronic gated entrance gave me peace of mind. With a well-equipped kitchenette, including an electric kettle and all the cookware needed, I was able to satisfy my cravings for ready-made meals from the nearby supermarket. my stay here was mind-blowing and I can't wait to come back!

The location of this studio was perfect for my visit to the area. It was close to where my parents live, which made it convenient for me to visit them. I really appreciated how secure the property was with the electronic gated entrance. the studio had a folder with lots of information about the area and take-away menus, which was really handy. the WiFi worked well throughout my stay and the host was always available to answer any questions I had. the basic amenities like a kettle, toaster, and fridge freezer met my needs. there were local shops, a post office, and a grocery store within walking distance, which was very convenient.
One downside of the studio is that it is located near a main road, so you can hear the rumble of trucks and traffic. once inside the property with the gates closed, it does become quieter.

We had a wonderful stay at Braeview Studio for a few days visiting the area. Ashley, our host, was fantastic and the location couldn't have been better. The studio itself was modern, clean, and cozy, with everything we needed. The king-size bed was incredibly comfortable and the views from the window were gorgeous. The secure gated entrance added an extra layer of safety, and the complimentary sweet treats and tea/coffee were a nice touch.
Would definitely recommend this hotel.

The owners were cute and made us feel right at home. The apartment itself was beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. We had requested twin beds for my sister and I, and they were set up perfectly when we arrived. The location was also fantastic, great to easily explore the area. We would definitely stay here again and have no hesitation in recommending it. Thank you to Ashley and Dieter for a wonderful stay.
In terms of drawbacks, the only minor issue was the limited cooking facilities. this was not a major problem for us as there are plenty of dining options nearby.

The breakfast option could have been improved with more variety.
